Cost Efficiency (25%) calculates actual Translink fares for the CBD journey, multiplied by 10 trips per week, dividing weekly cost by weekly commuting hours. Connectivity (30%) measures what percentage of all Brisbane / QLD suburbs you can reach within 60 minutes by public transport.
